Permanent Makeup Eyebrows Bournemouth
Eyebrows are an important feature of our appearance, and a proper eyebrow shape can significantly enhance our facial features.
Unfortunately, many of us struggle to achieve the look we desire due to under or over-plucked brows, gaps in the brow area, or simply lacking in natural eyebrow hair.
One of the permanent eyebrow makeup methods is powder brows, which involves using a special pigment to mimic the look of brow powder or pencil. By carefully applying the pigment across the entire brow area from the inner brow to the tail, powder brows help create a fuller and more defined brow shape that looks naturally beautiful.
This method provides a long-lasting way to achieve your ideal eyebrow shape when fully healed. Whether you want to boost your existing brows or start from scratch, permanent powder brows are an excellent choice for anyone looking for superior definition and depth to their eyebrows.

Permanent Make-Up Eyebrows Procedure
– A step by step guide
I offer free consultations in my studio in Bournemouth so that we can discuss what's involved in the procedure and what style you're looking for.
I'll use a variety of pigments to create your desired brows, taking into account your hair colour. Eyebrow pigmentation is a great way to achieve natural-looking and lasting eyebrows.
Your new permanent eyebrows will be drawn on with a guide colour pencil, using calipers to perfect your measurements. After confirming the shape and style of your eyebrows, a topical anaesthetic will be applied to minimise discomfort.
A permanent makeup eyebrow procedure can take up to 90 minutes, and some might initially find it a bit unpleasant. Fortunately, the anaesthetic will take care of that. After we're done, I'll check your brows for any final adjustments.
After the procedure, you may experience redness and slight discomfort, but most of our clients are fully back to normal later the same day. Complete recovery typically takes about a week, after which you can enjoy your new semi-permanent makeup.
The pigmentation will take a couple of weeks to fully settle in, so we ask clients to return for a touch-up appointment around four to six weeks after treatment. Results usually last for around a year before any further touch-up is required, but the longevity depends on various factors.
We will provide you with a detailed aftercare plan to ensure that your results last as long as possible. You should avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and abrasive skincare products and use a good quality sunblock to protect the treated area.
Refresh semi-permanent makeup with a top-up appointment 5-6 weeks after the procedure. Takes less time and involves pigmentation touch-up for desired colour and shape.
